Proceeding contribution from Lord Liddle (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 5 April 2011. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on European Union Bill.

European Union Bill

The Minister said this at Second Reading. Labour put down a reasoned amendment in the other place which expressed many reservations about the Bill. It is not true to say that Labour did not oppose it.
