UK Government's Energy Policy

Before we go any further, let me say that we need to co-operate and collaborate with one another if everyone is to achieve their ambition of making the points that they wish to make. You all know that, and you have all played this game before, so can I have a little co-operation from both the Front Benches and the rest of the Members of the Committee so that we can all make progress? I should like to call a number of people to make their main contributions before we finish at 10.25, so some co-operation will be welcome.
