My Lords, I am sure that the noble Lord reads all the reports that come from the parliamentary scrutiny committees of both Houses, which I assure him follow these questions very closely and which are reported to both Houses. Clause 9 agreed. Clause 10 : Parliamentary control of certain decisions not requiring approval by Act Clause 10 : Parliamentary control of certain decisions not requiring approval by Act Amendment 48B not moved. Debate on whether Clause 10 should stand part of the Bill.
