Proceeding contribution from Catherine McKinnell (Labour) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 29 June 2011. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Convention on Domestic Workers.

Convention on Domestic Workers

Does the hon. Gentleman share my concern that the Government's position seems to be at odds with their international development policies, which are stated to be working towards improving the support for and the working rights of marginalised workers? Britain is therefore put in a difficult position when trying to speak on the world stage on such issues.
