European Union Bill
I understand the right hon. Gentleman's point and I have sympathy with his argument. Crucial to the argument, it seems to me, are the words"““by virtue of an Act of Parliament””." What is the difference between putting those words at the end rather than at the start of the clause, where they were initially?
