109A: Clause 29, page 21, line 7, at end insert— ““( ) A police and crime panel must— (a) review the police and crime commissioner’s human resources policy; and (b) make a report or recommendations on that policy. ( ) Where a panel makes a report or recommendation on the police and crime commissioner’s human resources policy, the police and crime commissioner must— (a) review the policy, taking the panel’s report or recommendations into account; and (b) resubmit a revised human resources policy to the panel for the panel’s consideration.””
