Proceeding contribution from Nigel Mills (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 12 September 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Police Reform and Social Responsibility Bill.

Police reform and social responsibility Bill

Perhaps I can help my hon. Friend with his argument.
