Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hollis of Heigham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 20 October 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.
Welfare Reform Bill
I am not absolutely clear what the Minister means by the involvement here of local authority staff. Is he saying that he expects that those tenants who need face-to-face help will continue to go to local authority housing benefit departments rather than to Jobcentre Plus?
