Proceeding contribution from David Simpson (Democratic Unionist Party) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 9 November 2011. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Obesity.
Obesity
I congratulate my hon. Friend on securing this important debate. I shall encourage him by telling him that I have started to walk; it has not made a lot of difference, but I have started to do it. Surely fast food outlets have a responsibility in their marketing tactics, which offer ““buy one, get one free””. That needs to be addressed.
