338ZA: After Clause 205, insert the following new Clause— ““Power to regulate clinical physiologists in England (1) Section 60 of the Health Act 1999 (regulation of health care professions) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1) after paragraph (b) insert— ““(ba) regulating the clinical physiology profession in England,””. (3) In that section, after paragraph (bb) insert— ““(bc) regulating clinical physiologists in England who appear to require regulation in pursuance of this section,””.””
