Big Society Agenda
I am sure that the hon. Gentleman will agree with me that although much in the big society agenda that the Minister outlined is very good, he did comment on organisations—voluntary, I believe—becoming self-sustaining? It is a big difficulty for those organisations to become self-sustaining, especially when we are facing the cuts that we are.
