Postgraduate Education
The hon. Gentleman may be wearing a suit made of cloth from his constituency. I am wearing shoes made by Cheaney's in Desborough in my constituency. I am sure that we both appreciate each other's attire. Mr Speaker has received a very nice handwritten note from Paul Blomfield, so I call him to speak next.
