Scotland Bill
7: After Clause 6, insert the following new Clause— ““Discussion of reserved matters (1) Schedule 3 to the 1998 Act (Standing orders—further provision) is amended as follows. (2) After paragraph 7 insert— ““Reserved matters 8. The standing orders shall include provision for ensuring that the Parliament shall not discuss items in Schedule 5 (reserved matters) except on a motion to make representations to the United Kingdom Government.””””
