Wirral Borough Council
The right hon. Member for Birkenhead (Mr Field) rightly painted a picture of a failing council on Wirral. There is also leadership of that council. There has been failure there, too, and there will be on Monday night a vote of no confidence in those who are leading the council. Does the Minister agree that that is the place—on Monday in the council—for this matter to be addressed, and for those who are failing Wirral to be dealt with?
