I have read the report that the hon. Lady mentions and I am absolutely disgusted by its contents. The scaremongering within the report is utterly unacceptable, and the conclusion states:"““Despite the paucity of evidence””—" the paucity of evidence—"““we can nevertheless conclude that welfare reform is likely to have a serious effect on people in Wales.””" That is not a serious report; it is Labour party propaganda disguised behind the charities that the hon. Lady mentioned.
