Proceeding contribution from Lord Hanson of Flint (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 17 April 2012. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Death In Service Inheritance Tax.
Death In Service Inheritance Tax
It is a pleasure to serve under your chairmanship, Mr Hood. The debate relates to death in service inheritance tax and the case of Nigel Lawrence Thomas. The debate goes to the heart of how we treat our servicemen and women who risk their lives on our behalf and who, like Nigel Thomas, pay the ultimate price.
