1G: After Clause 1, insert the following new Clause— ““Opening hours during the suspension period ( ) An exempted large shop which opens on a Sunday during the suspension period, will be able to open only during the hours of 10am and 11pm. ( ) For the purposes of subsection (1), an ““exempted large shop”” is a shop to which paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Sunday Trading Act 1994 would apply during the suspension period were it not for the disapplication made by section 1 above.””
