Ruling that "I share his concerns and I have been in touch with Downing street to ask that a statement be made. The Prime Minister has agreed to that and a statement will be made on Wednesday" in response to point of order from Sir Patrick Cormack relating to the failure to make a ministerial statement on the implications of the ministerial and departmental changes as a result of the Cabinet reshuffle.
