Ruling that "I think I heard what the hon Gentleman said. Perhaps he would like to withdraw the word that he just used about the Prime Minister". To Gregory Barker MP who used the word 'cowardice' in response to Henry Bellingham MP's criticism that the Prime Minister had absented himself from the Divisions that this was "cowardice and double-speak".
