Financial Services and Markets Bill. Debate on motion that further proceedings on Bill shall be suspended until next session of Parliament; that Standing Committee A shall report Bill to House, so far as then amended, not later than 11 November; and if a Bill is presented in next session in same terms as Bill reported, shall be read first and second time without Question put, printed and stand committed, in respect of clauses and schedules not ordered to stand part of Bill in this session, to Standing Committee of same Members as in this session. House proceeded to a division, but there being no second Teller for the Noes, Mr Deputy Speaker declared that the Ayes had it. Agreed to on question.
