My right hon. and noble Friend the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice has made the following written ministerial statement."““Today I have deposited copies of ““The Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Second Annual Report on the operation of the Freedom of Information Act in Central Government – 2006”” in the Libraries of both Houses. Copies are also available in the Vote Office and the Printed Paper Office.""This is the Annual Report analysing the performance of central Government in the second full year of Freedom of Information.””"
