Motion to concur with Lords Message of 20 March that a Joint Committee be appointed to consider and report on any draft Constitutional Renewal Bill, that a Select Committee of eleven Members be appointed to join with the Committee appointed by the Lords to consider the draft Bill (Cm 7342) and that Mr Alistair Carmichael, Mr Geoffrrey Cox, Michael Jabez Foster, Mark Lazarowicz, Martin Linton, Ian Lucas, Fiona Mactaggart, Mr Virendra Sharma, Emily Thornberry, Mr Andrew Tyrie and Sir George Young be members of the Committee. Objection taken.
