Freedom of Information Act 2000

My right honourable friend, the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice has made the following Written Ministerial Statement. Today I have deposited copies of The Freedom of Information Act 2000—Third Annual Report on the operation of the Freedom of Information Act in Central Government-2007 in the Libraries of both Houses. Copies are also available in the Vote Office and the Printed Paper Office and are available on the internet at: www.justice.gov.uk/publications/freedomof informationquarterly.htm. This is the third annual report analysing the performance of central government in the third full year of freedom of information.
