Statement on the circumstances surrounding the publication of the White Paper on the UK’s strategy for countering international terrorism, which were raised by the hon. Member for Reigate (Mr. Blunt), ruling that in future, the Speaker will require Government Departments to make copies of documents available in the Vote Office as soon as they are formally laid in the Journal Office.
