The Prime Minister: ...The second set of public service entitlements will be for parents, with a guarantee of individually tailored education for their children, as part of far-reaching reform in the schools system. I want all our children to have opportunities that are available today only to those who can pay for them in private education. It is right that personal tutoring should be extended to all who need it, so there will be a new guarantee for parents of a personal tutor for pupils at secondary and primary schools and catch-up tuition, including one-to-one tuition for those who need it. This error occurred during the delivery of the statement, copies of which were sent in advance to both the Table Office and Hansard. The correct text should read: The Prime Minister: ....
