Social Security (Housing Costs Special Arrangements) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/3257). Lords debate on a motion to resolve that this House regrets that Her Majesty’s Government have laid before Parliament the Regulations without providing more information on the impact on claimants, and notes with concern the risk that Parliament may lack a basis on which to assess whether the measure has been effective or represents good value for public money.
