Ordered, That- (1) the matter of the implications for Northern Ireland of the Government's Comprehensive Spending Review be referred to the Northern Ireland Grand Committee; (2) the Committee shall meet at Westminster on Tuesday 7 December at 4.30 pm; and (3) at that sitting- (a) the Committee shall consider the matter referred to it under paragraph (1) above; and (b) the Chairman shall interrupt proceedings not later than two and a half hours after the commencement of proceedings on the matter referred to the Committee
