Taxation: Information Exchange Agreements
My honourable friend the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury (David Gauke) has today made the following Written Ministerial Statement. Tax information exchange agreements (TIEAs) were signed with Liberia in London on 1 November 2010 and with Aruba in The Hague on 5 November 2010. The texts of the TIEAs have been deposited in the Libraries of both Houses and made available on HM Revenue and Customs' website. The texts will be scheduled to draft Orders in Council and laid before the House of Commons in due course.
