Mental Health Bill (Draft). Ordered that the Lords Message of 29 November relating to the draft Mental Health Bill be considered, that the House concurs with the Lords in the said Resolution, that, in accordance with the Order of 20 July 2004, a Select Committee of twelve Members be appointed to join with a Committee appointed by the Lords, as the Joint Committee on the draft Mental Health Bill, with the same terms of reference, powers and membership as in the last Session of Parliament and that the proceedings of the Joint Committee in the last Session be referred to the Committee.
