My honourable friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury (Mark Hoban) has today made the following Written Ministerial Statement. The Treasury has laid before the House of Commons a report required under Section 231 of the Banking Act 2009 covering the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 March 2011.
