Banking Act 2009
My honourable friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury (Mark Hoban) has today made the following Written Ministerial Statement. The Treasury has laid before the House of Commons a report required under Section 231 of the Banking Act 2009 covering the period from 1 April 2011 to 30 September 2011. Copies of the document are available in the Vote Office and the Printed Paper Office.
