Constituency data: Apprenticeships
This page provides data on apprenticeship starts, achievements and participation for parliamentary constituencies in England for each academic year from 2019/20 to 2024/25. Data is available on apprenticeship starts broken down by learner age (under 19, 19-24, 25+) and by apprenticeship level (intermediate, higher, advanced).
The Library briefing Apprenticeship statistics for England provides more statistics at a national level. The briefing Apprenticeships policy in England has more information about apprenticeships policy.

Methodology
Data is published by the Department for Education and based on the Individualised Learner Record collection, which is administrative data returned by FE education colleges and training providers about the learners in their system.
Apprenticeship starts are a count of apprenticeship programmes that begin in an academic year. If a learner changes their programme, pathway or level, they will be treated as a new start.
Achievements are the number of learners who successfully complete an end point assessment.
Headline figures are rounded to the nearest 100. Individual totals are rounded to the nearest 10. This means that zeroes may not be true zeroes.
More information about methodology can be found on the Department for Education website under Further education and skills statistics: methodology.
