Question

To ask the Leader of the House, with reference to the Implications for Devolution of England, Cm 8969, published in December 2014, whether he will use Option 3 in the paper as the basis for his proposals on English votes for English laws.

Answer

I will bring forward proposals on English Votes for English Laws shortly. There will be time for the House to give them full consideration and there will be a full debate on them.
