To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, pursuant to the contribution of the leader of the House of 2 July 2015, if he will place in the Library copies of independent assessments which confirm that the Scottish achieves the recommendations of the Smith commission report.

I am confident that the Scotland Bill will deliver the Smith Commission agreement in full and will be recognised as doing so.
