To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 29 June 2015 to Question 2031, on telecommunications, if he will publish the results of the 2015 review; and if he will make it his policy to carry out that review independently.

The first annual review of the Digital Communications Infrastructure Strategy will be completed by April 2016. Decisions will be taken in due course on how it is carried out.
