Cycling and Walking: Finance

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, which local authorities were successful in their bids for the Access Fund for funding to improve access to jobs and education through cycling and walking; and how much funding each authority secured.

Answer

On 26 January 2017, the Department for Transport announced the outcome of the Access Fund, a £60 million revenue competition which was open to all local transport authorities within England (outside London).
