To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, if his Department will publish correspondence it had with the European Commissioner's chief negotiator, Michel Barnier, on 6 February 2017 on the UK's financial commitments to the EU.

The UK Government and the European Commission have been clear that there can be no negotiation before notification, and the UK Government does not intend to provide a running commentary.
