Belarus: Sanctions

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what the Government's policy is on the maintenance of (a) the current EU arms embargo on Belarus and (b) EU-imposed travel bans and asset freezes in place in relation to certain specified Belarusian nationals.

Answer

​The UK supports maintaining the current restrictive measures against Belarus.
