Housing: Insulation

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 24 March 2017 to Question 68280, if he will publish the evidential basis for the statement that 500,000 homes will be insulated between April 2017 and September 2018; and if he will make a statement.

Answer: The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy published the ‘ECO: Help to Heat’ Final Stage Impact Assessment in January 2017.
