To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, how many (a) official and (b) official sensitive documents have been recorded as lost by his Department since 8 May 2015.

During the period 8 May 2015 to the present day, the Northern Ireland Office (NIO) has recorded no losses of either official or official sensitive documents.
