Tobacco: Advertising

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if he will permit tobacco products that are proven to be less harmful to health than cigarettes to be advertised.
- Answer

European Union rules prohibit the advertising of all tobacco products. Until the United Kingdom leaves the EU these rules remain binding.
