To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, when he last met his counterpart in Bolivia; and what issues were discussed at that meeting.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting my Bolivian counterpart. I had been looking forward to meeting Foreign Minister Huanacuni on 24 October, but unfortunately his visit to the UK was cancelled.
