Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the total number of permanent spinal cord stimulators implanted as full implants was in England, broken down by (a) region and (b) clinical commissioning group in (i) 2012-13, (ii) 2013-14, (iii) 2014-15 and (iv) 2015-16.
