To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will ensure that the Prison Officers Association is identified as a key participant to effect change in the HMP Nottingham Urgent Notification process and is given the opportunity to contribute to the prison’s Action Plan.

Yes. In responding to any Urgent Notification, HMPPS will ensure that every support possible is provided to the prison affected.
