To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what arrangements he plans to put in place to support community-based education provision in areas which are outside mayoral combined authorities where the Adult Education Budget is to be devolved.

Outside of mayoral combined authorities, support for the community based education provision will continue to come via the Education and Skills Funding Agency.
