Written question asked by John Healey (Labour) on Monday, 21 May 2018, in the House of Commons. It was due for an answer on Wednesday, 23 May 2018. It was answered by James Brokenshire (Conservative) on Friday, 25 May 2018 on behalf of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

High Rise Flats: Tenure

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many residential high-rise buildings there are by tenure in each local authority area in England.

Answer

This information is not publicly available. Information on dwellings in high-rise buildings is available from the English Housing Survey (https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/english-housing-survey#2016-to-2017) but the sample size of the survey does not allow for local authority area estimates.
