To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 20 February 2018 to Question 126953 on Court Orders, how many Criminal Behaviour Orders were granted in 2017.

909 Criminal Behaviour Orders were granted by the courts in England and Wales in 2017.
Criminal Behaviour Orders were introduced in October 2014 by the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, and time for this disposal to gain traction in the courts should be considered.
