Undocumented Migrants: Private Rented Housing

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many prosecutions have taken place for offences under the Immigration Act 2014 since the inception of Right to Rent measures in February 2016.

Answer

There have been no prosecutions.
