Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many members of the House of Lords hold (a) paid and (b) unpaid roles within (i) her Department and (ii) her Department's agencies.

Answer

The Department for Work and Pensions has one member of the House of Lords, holding a paid role. There is one member of the House of Lords, Whips Office holding an unpaid role in the department. This information is in the public domain and available to view online.
