EU Nationals: Health Services

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 19 November 2018 to Question 191448, whether the immigration health surcharge will apply to EU citizens arriving in the UK during the transition period.

Answer

The immigration health surcharge will not apply where EU citizens make immigration applications during the implementation period after the UK leaves the EU.
